Yarn Procurement

Yarn is the major raw material procured from renowned spinning mills such as Alok Industries, Nahar, Indorama, Reliance, Maharaja Ummaid Mills, etc.

Cone Re-winding

The yarn is received in the form of Small Cones. These cones are directly used for warping or else they are made into bigger cones by way of rewinding machine.

Sizing / Warping

Sizing / Warping

Single count yarn is generally sized through sizing machine which is generally used to provide strength to the yarn. Warping is the process where cones are winded onto warping beam of length 500 Mtrs to 2000Mtrs.

Drawing / Knotting

The warped beam is then drawn manually where each thread passes through a drawing frame. If the same quality is run on the same loom, then a knotting process is used where a knot is tied to the existing beam.

Beam Getting

Beam Getting

Once the beam is drawn, the beam getting is the process to install drawed beam onto loom.

Fitting / Quality Setting

A master card is prepared for each quality running on the loom. These quality specifications are fed into automatic computer attached with the looms.

Weaving

Weaving

The weaving process then starts at around 350 RPM. It is the process of converting yarn into fabric.

Grey Fabric Checking

Once the fabric weaving is complete, then the fabric passes through Grey checking table where it is checked for defects if any.

Mending

Mending

It is a specialized process of checking the fabric where knots and other defects are removed.

Rolling / Packaging

The packaging is done in two forms:
